Return & Refund
Timeframe: You may return any unworn and unused items within 5 days from the date of delivery. All customized products are non-returnable.
Condition of the Item: All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. They should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or damage.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Fill out the return form provided with your order or include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or size sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. To return your product, you should mail your product on our address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refund or Exchange: We offer refunds or exchanges for eligible returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
Exceptions and Restrictions: The following items are non-returnable: Sale items, underwear, and personalized/customized items. Returns received after the due or items that do not meet the return policy conditions will not be accepted.
