1. Shipment Policy
a. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
b. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on destination:
Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)
c. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Any customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
d. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking ID will be provided via email or SMS.

e. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical issues.

2. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
b. Cancellation After Shipment
We do not accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
In the rare case of a shipment error or wrong product delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
c. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation is approved (before shipment), the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
